Concierge Virtual Care for unsettled skin & body

A clear, structured path forward so you can get back to living well.

I’m Dr. Jazmine Collins, a Chinese medicine practitioner with a clinical focus on inflammatory, complex, chronic skin conditions. My work is centered on helping people move out of survival mode and back into living well.

If you’re here, you’re likely navigating a skin concern that hasn’t been simple or straightforward and you’re probably searching for steroid-free skin healing. Chronic flares, inflammation, constant flaking, reactivity, from skin that just won’t settle can be frustrating and disruptive. I get it. I’ve dealt with dermatitis since childhood and know personally how challenging life can get.

If you’re dreaming of enjoying a simple sunny day out, undisrupted sleep, and getting back to enjoying the simple things in life, you’re in the right place.

This space is dedicated to systems-centered, herb-led care that looks beyond superficial symptoms. Together, we focus on understanding how the skin connects with the immune system, hormones, digestion, and the nervous system, and we approach care in a way that’s structured, thoughtful, and personalized.

Welcome!

Skin-Centered Clinical Focus

At ilumé, care is grounded in clarity and transparency. Skin symptoms are not approached in isolation, but evaluated in the context of the systems influencing inflammation, reactivity, and recovery. The aim is to clearly identify what’s driving symptoms and outline a clear path forward without pharmaceuticals, without steroids.

Skin concerns supported include:

  • Topical steroid withdrawal (TSW) support

  • Eczema (atopic dermatitis) and chronic inflammatory skin conditions

  • Medication or immune-mediated flares

  • Acne, rosacea, and persistent breakouts

Patterns commonly assessed include:

  • Hormonal shifts affecting the skin

  • Nervous system dysregulation linked to flare cycles

  • Immune and digestive sensitivity contributing to skin reactivity

The Approach

The approach is intentional and structured:‍ ‍systems-based care led by herbal medicine and rooted in Chinese Medicine theory.

Your skin is treated as a primary diagnostic signal, reflecting the state of the immune system, digestion, hormones, and nervous system. Through careful pattern differentiation, I use a four-stage method to identify where imbalance is occurring and how best to support regulation and repair.

Clinical herbal medicine forms the foundation of care and is refined over time as patterns evolve. Supportive therapies such as nutrition and lifestyle guidance, acupuncture, dry needling, and cold atmospheric plasma, may be layered in to support outcomes.

Rather than suppressing symptoms, this work supports the body’s God-given capacity to self-regulate, restore balance, and heal.

Whether you’re navigating active skin flares, hormonally driven inflammation, immune dysregulation, or a persistent sense that something isn’t right, this approach offers structure and clarity. You don’t have to piece it together alone, I walk with you through a thoughtful, coordinated plan of care.

The Commitment

Meaningful change in chronic skin conditions takes time and consistency. A four-month minimum supports structured, stage-based care. While early shifts may occur, severe inflammatory conditions like topical steroid withdrawal, frequently require six to eighteen months of sustained care to reach lasting stability.

What I commit to: clinical integrity, transparency, and thoughtful care to help you move forward.

What I ask from you: consistency, patience, communication, and most importantly, follow-through.
