Membership details

  • Additional visits: $60 each

  • Credits do not roll over.

  • You may use one credit per month for a guest pass to bring someone brand new to our clinic.

  • Visits are booked during member hours.

  • 3 month minimum, then month-to-month.

  • Month-to-month plans require 30 days’ notice to cancel.
